Six games are on the Tuesday night docket in the NBA, including a huge intra-conference showdown between the Heat and Rockets. LeBron James dropped a career high 61 points against Charlotte on Monday, so it will be interesting to see what he does for an encore in Houston. Also on tap, Golden State travels to Eastern Conference leading Indiana, and the surging Clippers battle the Suns in Phoenix. Here’s a breakdown of the action, including the latest point spreads.

The Warriors are 2-2 on their current road swing and are coming off a six-point loss to the Raptors on Sunday. Golden State needs more consistent production from Klay Thompson, who has totaled 20 points on 7-23 shooting in their last two defeats. The Pacers welcome back point guard George Hill after he missed the last two games with an ailing shoulder. Indiana has won five straight and triumphed at Golden State on January 20th, 102-94. Both teams rank in the Top 10 in rebounding and scoring defense. Warriors are 6-0 ATS in their last six after a loss. Pacers are 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight, but 11-1 ATS at home in the last twelve meetings in the series.

Bet Indiana -5

A pick-em between two of the league’s best teams. Heat have won eight in a row and five of six versus Western opponents. They’ve also been dominant of late, winning six straight by double-digits. LeBron is playing on another level, despite a broken nose and silly “mask” controversy. Miami dismantled the Bobcats on Monday, but center Al Jefferson was a force in the paint, racking 38 points and 19 rebounds. Dwight Howard is dealing with a sore back, but should have an advantage if he plays for a well-rested Rockets team that hasn’t tipped since Saturday’s victory over Detroit. James Harden has hit only 2-12 from three-point range in his last two starts. Miami is 5-0-1 ATS in their last six when facing winning opponents. Houston is 1-4 ATS against Eastern competition in their last five. The Heat defense will be the difference.

Bet Miami EVEN

A pair of Top 5 offenses will throw down in Phoenix. The Clippers have reeled off four consecutive, including a 32-point blowout against the Pelicans on Saturday. They lost their only meeting with the Suns this season by 19 back in December; no Clipper scored more than 15. Jamal Crawford isn’t expected to suit up with a strained calf; he wasn’t missed on Saturday, but he might be against a Suns team that scored a season-high 129 points versus Atlanta on Sunday. Shooting guard Gerald Green is netting over 21 points per game since the All-Star break and just dropped 33 on the Hawks. Point guard Goran Dragic is a legit candidate for Most Improved Player; he scored 26 in the December meeting. LA is 19-12 ATS on the road and have covered their last four. Phoenix is 7-3 ATS in their last ten following a win and 18-12-2 ATS at home overall. Look for plenty of points in this one.

Bet the LA Clippers -3.5
